General Changes

• Fix issue which can cause queries to be blocked permanently.
• Close connections correctly in JDBC connectors.
• Add implicit coercions for values of equi-join criteria.
• Fix detection of window function calls without an OVER clause.

SPI Changes

• Remove ordinalPosition from ColumnMetadata.
