`provider`	镜像仓库提供商，包括以下提供商： `acr`：即阿里云 ACR `tcr`：即腾讯云 TCR `swr`：即华为云 SWR `ecr`：即 Amazon ECR `dockerhub`：即 DockerHub `harbor`：即：Harbor `native`：即：其他类型	string	是
`region`	镜像仓库的区域信息	string	`provider` = `ecr` 时必填
`namespace`	镜像仓库的命名空间	string	是
`is_default`	是否设置为默认使用，系统中同时只能有一个默认使用的镜像仓库	bool	是
`access_key`	镜像仓库 AK	string	是
`secret_key`	镜像仓库 SK	string	是
`enable_tls`	是否开启 SSL 校验	bool	否
`tls_cert`	TLS 证书内容	string	`enable_tls` = `true` 时必填

`region`	镜像仓库的区域信息，当 `provider` 为 `ecr` 时该字段有意义	string
`namespace`	镜像仓库命名空间	string
`is_default`	是否为默认使用的镜像仓库。注：同时只能有一个默认镜像仓库	bool
