Behind a reverse proxy

You will find below the configuration needed for deploying a Socket.IO server behind a reverse-proxy solution, such as:

• NginX
• Apache HTTPD
• Node.js http-proxy
• Caddy 2

NginX

Content of /etc/nginx/nginx.conf:
