Sharding Table Rule

SHOW SHARDING TABLE tableRule | RULES [FROM schemaName]
SHOW SHARDING ALGORITHMS [FROM schemaName]
SHOW SHARDING TABLE NODES;

支持查询所有数据分片规则和指定表查询
