Action注解

@Api

标记这个method为api.

• name 注解文档的api标题.
• path 路由（可注册到fast-route）
• version api版本号（暂时没用）
• description api描述（新版本建议使用@ApiDescription）
• deprecated 注解文档标注此api为废弃（将会不可访问,返回423状态）

• allow 验证请求方法

注入fast-route
