Microsoft SQL Server 使用表的聚集索引。

默认情况下，聚集索引以表的主键为基础，但是，CUBA 应用程序使用的 UUID 类型的键不适合聚集索引。建议使用 nonclustered 修饰符创建 UUID 主键：
